buddy and value to send twitter-like reflection. 3. Reviews previous snuggles. 4. Awards badges to buddies for snuggles. the results:  5 males, 7 females (age 25 to 57)  over span of 1 week, used 3x on average  100% would use again  most used features: send snuggle (100%), read snuggle (70%)  least used features: rewards (0%), invites (17%) improving the experience:  More functional prototype (largest painpoint)  Newsfeed option to share more passively  Continue focus on female as user insight: snuggle has a lot of meanings, and the experience should allow users to customize meaning that they find most comfort from.
