    before sleep. 1. Choose top 3 personal values. 2. Each night, respond to prompt to reflect on values before bed. 3. Sleep soundly! the need  Reduce sense of obligation to others via communication  Reduce stress about not being able to fall asleep  Stop mind from thinking about events of the day small behaviors  Turning off computer/phone  Thinking about something other than sleep or worries  Thinking about something that induces positive feelings the user experience  Most liked thinking about something they cared about before sleep and everyone liked doing something simple.  Text users reported somewhat effective - didn’t like using mobile device before bed.  Unintended effect – causing stress if people didn’t feel like they are living up to value.
