7. Welcome to the Show! What are we making? Shortcut bowls: What is it? How does it help? Why? Pretend you are the host of a cooking show. Tell the audience what you’re going to teach them to make today. What one task from your job can you teach them? What are the four bowls of pre-chopped ingredients, or shortcuts, that you can give them as pointers? (3) Add participatory elements.
