First, what do you need? going big on, like, what really is the thing that will set you up for success, leaning into your patterns leaning into what you need, and then adjusting that when needed. When we set our plan for the next day or the next week, or next month, we're doing that with, like accumulating all this knowledge along the way. And and we're making the best plan that we can at the time. And as you gather more knowledge, and you understand more about how your cycles and how your patterns fit, those plans will become more and more fitting for you. And we still want to adjust when needed. If it turns out that your cycle starts early. And when you have to adjust the plan. If somebody gets a stomach bug, how can we adjust the plan? When we set up our day, and it matches our energy level, then it's going to flow more naturally, we can always make a change if it turns out that like you know, I'll send you to come down with a cold and you thought this was going to be your fun social week of your cycle. And instead, you feel like your head's about to explode with snap and we can adjust because then all of a sudden, what we expected isn't there and we're going to you know, go back to number three, setting the bar at the minimum what do we have to get done? And allowing ourselves the flexibility to do things differently. Maybe you just woke up and not like the best mood you can adjust and take that into consideration or you thought you're going to be kind of tired because you know you did a lot of stuff yesterday but you woke up and like I have pretty good amount of energy. You can then adjust and lean into what you've got for that day. These ones you already have those plans in your head it's a lot easier to start adjusting and moving the pieces around when you already have the basic pieces in place.
