If you have, you know, other members of your family who are of menstrual cycling age, normally, they just made it that first menstruating age, I suppose, like, we want to consider that as part of it. Because if you're trying to drag along your 13 year old, and they're in the partner cycle, they're don't want to talk to anybody or anything. Either. We know going in this is going to be really hard because this child does not want to be here. Or maybe we can adjust the plan so that we don't have to do that. In that timeframe. Again, adjusting for energy schedules for a toddler might look like, you know whether or not you're somebody who will adjust naptime a lot or a little or if you're somebody who's like, no. naptime starts at this time and I do not deviate because my toddler or my sanity cannot adjust on the fly. And so these are the six goals that we're going to look at, in creating our day to match up with what we need.
