All of these things affect the way that our energy levels are. And I could probably give an entire workshop on each one of these topics. But I don't want to be like we're missing like not noting that. These all impact our energy levels. And as moms, these are all especially hard, getting good sleep as hard as on actually eating real food, not to your toddler's leftovers is hard, making sure you actually drink water. Like when I sit at my desk, I'm very good at drinking my water because I got my big old mug here on the days where I'm not at my desk and like, did I even water myself at all? I don't know. All of these pieces are hard to do as mom so I want us to have the grace to know that yes, these things affect our energy. And they're also really difficult to do as mom. So giving ourselves the grace to know that depending on your season, some of these are going to be more difficult than others and we are recognizing that and giving ourselves grace that that's the season that we're in and yeah, just want to make that disclaimer.
