  1. If you’re sitting on a lackluster HubSpot CRM implementation You’re

probably wondering where it all went wrong. You’ve noticed: It’s not a fully functional CRM system but rather a marketing platform at its core It doesn’t give you a complete customer view without adding new account records It can’t get a consolidated view without toggling between browser windows It won’t scale to fit your growing requirements You got a nice first-year discount, but now you’re seeing additional costs
  2. SugarCRM can show you the way forward. Sugar was designed

for and continues to empower mid-sized organizations that want to fulfill their vision of how CRM can help supercharge their businesses. Here’s your critical path to migrate from HubSpot to Sugar. If you have to ask the question, then it’s time to evaluate the true risks of staying with your current CRM solution. 3. How to Know When it's Time to Cut Ties Four

Tell Tale Signs that HubSpot is Falling Short for Your Organization’s Current and Future Needs
  4. HubSpot Is Marketing Automation at Its Core, Not A Complete

CRM At its heart, HubSpot has always been a marketing automation platform designed as an email engine. CRM in HubSpot is just an add-on, and they’ll give it away to you free. You may have started with marketing automation, but then you realized you can’t: In other words, it’s not full-scale sales and service automation. Track sales funnels and pipelines Manage quotas and selling stages Run forecasts Get a complete view of customer activity across stakeholders One of the best CRMs out there… It has a very crisp and beautiful UI, which perfectly fits the product and doesn't have a lot of learning attached to it. 5. HubSpot Is a Flat, Contact-based Application Any contact-based CRM app

should give you pause. Unlike account- based apps like Sugar, you’re creating duplicates of accounts if you need to add new contacts at a company. Five contacts at one company? That’s five accounts. That makes it difficult to gain a 360-degree view of each customer, and bubble up all account activity to a single view from multiple sources. HubSpot doesn’t copy core information like address, title, and account information. New contacts all have to be re-keyed at the contact level. Need to build a list or marketing segment? Data isn’t pulled from one source of truth but multiple sources, and you’ll be unable to track account-to-account relationships, such as account connections for referrals or bid work. You can’t have many-to-many relationships without creating new account data. If you can’t see every person related to every account they’re involved with, your teams will waste precious time moving through a sales cycle.
  6. You’ve Outgrown HubSpot, and Now You Need to Scale You

may have noticed you’ve quickly outgrown HubSpot Insufficient Functionality Scalability HubSpot is a flat architecture, and can only support simple use cases from within an instance. You can’t easily scale: Adding accounts and relationships is cumbersome Integrating with core ERP is clumsy Out-of-the-box reports are nowhere near as functional as your real-world use cases without adding new data Your hierarchy of accounts Role-based views Time-aware dashboards Team security Pipeline tracking And other critical use cases Rigid Infrastructure HubSpot will put you in rigid lanes from day one. You won’t be able to create relationships between modules, and you can’t change the way the structure of the database works. If you try to patch things together contact by contact, you’re reporting will fall apart, and canned reports aren’t useful without custom layouts to the design. With Sugar, you can easily adapt, and configure CRM to meet your changing business needs.
  7. The Simplicity of One Tab to Success Now consider the

user experience. To see customer data in HubSpot, you’ll need to up a series of new windows, one after another, just to get a clear view of contacts, accounts, and relationships. Imagine fifty open windows on your desktop. Not fun. Sugar gives you “One Tab to Success.” Anywhere you can see data, you can work with that data. Work right inside a report without having to navigate different modules, and run your whole business from a dashboard. Configure dashboards any way you want (easily and without complicated customizations). Surface any information you want, such as: Changing stages of an opportunity Where an opportunity might be stuck Who’s involved in a particular deal Or a big-picture view of how your teams are performing Sugar is extremely adaptable, allowing us to establish any mix of process automation, which has proved critical in allowing us to undertake so many time- saving improvements to how employees function. 8. Our Unique Discovery Process Sugar’s task from day one is

to enter a discovery process where we will demystify your business challenges and learn what you’re really trying to solve. Our time-aware predictive forecasting platform called Discover will show you: How your business practices are doing over an arc of time Examine things like average pipeline age What’s moving in and out of the pipeline And what opportunities need attention. Our hands-on discovery process will dig deep into your workflows, identify the vision you’re trying to achieve, and determine where the roadblocks lie. 1.We first investigate your system, its unique rules, processes, and data. 2.We then document that data, analyze it, filter it, remove old data, and map it all to elements in Sugar. No data is ever lost. 3.Then we execute the data and show you clearly what it will look like in Sugar. And we’ll do it for you quickly – in days, not weeks.
  9. Data Migration: See Your Data in Action Sugar has invested

heavily in a Migration Service to make your switch easier and faster. We’ll normalize your data and give you complete visibility to ensure you’re not throwing away all the effort you put into HubSpot. In other words, you’ll take all (and only) the data you need with you, and it won’t cost you more. You’ll see how easy it is to look at your data. Accounts and contacts that haven’t been updated in years And introduce hierarchies that don’t exist in a flat database structure like HubSpot. Determine which reports you never use and can be tossed, which ones you need, and why. Show you how easy it is to fix your layouts in a simple drag-and-drop exercise. Use our pre-built templates to improve how your data is visualized and accessed. ABOUT YOUR DATA: Your data should be three things: Actionable: Have timely, relevant, and fluid conversations with the right people at any time. Fully Reportable: Easily work inside reports and use them to drive purposeful navigation. Visible: When anything changes in an opportunity, it’s all surfaced across the system.
  10. Easy Transition and Implementation – Sugar’s Connected Team Finally, we’ll

make the transition to Sugar an easily consumable experience. We keep your old data and your new Sugar data fully in sync throughout the process, and we’ll never push you off the cliff with a “turn on the light switch” moment. Move your data department by department, group by group, or sales now and marketing later. We’ll assign a CXM to your account, giving you a dedicated person on the other end of the phone to deal with, rather than push you out to a blog post or a chat room to answer your questions Sugar also maintains a highly collaborative environment with our partners service providers, and we prioritize our customer experience to ensure a healthy, ongoing relationship. The people you met in the sales cycle are the people who will be doing the implementation. Sugar has invested heavily in our own application ecosystem. Our customers have access to SugarOutfitters, a marketplace of over 250+ third-party add-ons and integrations for SugarCRM.
