4. Step 1: Download the SeeClickFix App https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/seeclickfix/id322000552 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.seeclickfix.ma.android SeeClickFix is available in native iOS and Android apps as well as a mobile web version that will work on all mobile devices.
5. Step 2: Access the CRM • Log in to your account at www.seeclickfix.com ! • Click the “Dashboard” link in the upper right
6. The CRM — Dashboard The Dashboard view provides a summary of activity and a breakdown by service request type and employee if you are assigning requests.
7. The CRM — Issues The issues tab is designed to process requests quickly and efficiently. ! Here you can filter SRs by keyword, date, type, geography and assignee. ! You can also acknowledge, assign, add private notes, and close requests.
8. The CRM — Maps View all issues sorted by date, status. geography, and keyword. ! ! Use the heatmap to see a density view.
