  1. Established 2008 in Muscat, United Interactive™ is an award–winning digital

transformaton and communications agency with a focus on Middle East and North Africa.
  2. We follow a documented roadmap for each project, be it

your corporate identity designed to be timeless or a unbreakable website after a technology update. What we build today, looks awesome tomorrow. Our agile design and lean development process speeds up your project timeline. The high-level sections are divided into task lists clarifying all project roles. The approach saves time, prepares business for growth and you can follow the work in real-time on a specially build project site.
  3. Let’s set expectations The first step is the most important

one, what is decided here outlines the entire project. Project definitions involve a good understanding of business goals and your wishes and expectations for the future. We explore together for different approaches, and how the project will help you arrive to a desired destination.
  4. What the competition is doing Competitive research is often an

overlooked factor. However, we have found it crucial in determining success and the best way to estimate profitability, budget requirement, and how to initiate digital communication plans. Understanding what your competitors are doing, and what is the state of industry on a regional and international level, allows set record straight from a resource and technology standpoint.
  5. Solution and feedback Your team at United Interactive™ is trained

to make digital communication clear. In the presentation we show examples from research, discuss functionalities and together look at the prototype. After the presentation, we continue with comments and expanded feedback. Positive communication between client and the agency helps to avoid any major pitfalls before technical production.
  6. Time to roll up the sleeves! This is where the

actual deliverable is created. Production phase involves pro- gramming work, as well as visual design for the rest of the project. Interactive forms, animations and shopping carts are added and made functional. Our team is familiar with the current web standards and we test the work as the project moves forward. Also a work-in-progress version is available, so you can suggest any amendments.
  7. We have a lift-off Launch is the final milestone and

your project is now available for the public. The work is not necessarily over, though: You may know media outlets or have online connections who can help with additional visibility. Press releases provide readers with comprehensive information and can drive them to visit your project. Social media is another effective way to get the news distributed across the internet.
  8. Everything is ready and running We have confidence in long-term

collaboration and our team is available for ongoing support. We would be happy to continue our working relationship. United Interactive™ offers hosting, upgrades and maintenance with comfortable rates, based on how often you plan to make updates or additions to your project.
