Ektta is an innovative social enterprise that provides a technology platform for digitization, member services and social
impact monitoring. Initial applications are to empower women based cooperatives, social enterprises and organizations
focused on social and economic empowerment. Ektta has the potential to be used by many leading NGOs and social
enterprises across India and other developing countries. Ektta was incubated by Indians for Collective Action (ICA), a
respected Silicon Valley based international development organization with strong roots in social innovation and is now
backed by leading Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and experienced advisors with a strong emphasis on India’s social
sectors.
