Social Impact Measurement For Social Sector Org...

Social Impact Measurement For Social Sector Organizations

Rise in social impact funding is putting a much needed focus on effective impact measurement for internal decision-making and external transparency. Current approaches are often time consuming and limited to financial output metrics or inconsistent data collection, which negatively impacts our mission goals and beneficiaries.

  1. 2 SoPact – Our Mission SoPact is the result of

a powerful social vision and personal journey. During the founder’s (Unmesh Sheth) childhood in India, he experienced firsthand many difficult social issues (e.g. health, education, poverty), along with lack of communication, transparency, social innovation and sector collaboration. Unmesh felt that social change was difficult due to lack of efficient systems, data measurement and sharing - and that this is a global problem. In 2013, Unmesh decided to create social change through an innovative and comprehensive platform - SoPact - for measuring & managing financial + social impact. SoPact’s goal is to better support the social sector which transform the lives of our businesses, investors and beneficiaries.
