Real contextual research - a case study

All too often we do 'abstract' research with people who vaguely resemble our real customers. We use phoney figures and ask them to imagine or remember. We know this is not ideal but it's harder to do real research and is it even worth it? This is my story of my struggles to get this to happen and ultimately what I found out.

  6. How much does it matter? Keep as close to reality

    as you can. Because without it you’re not getting the full picture CUSTOMER + PLACE + DATA + TIME
