  1. Cognitive biases are psychological mechanisms and tendencies that might cause

    that human brain draws incorrect conclusions. For better or worse, you can use them in many different ways to influence user behavior in your products and services. These biases will also impact collaboration between team members and during meetings or might influence your user research. Whether you are creating the user experience of an interfaces or purchasing something online, it’s interesting to be aware of these biases. what & why bother
  2. UX designers Laurence Vagner and Stephanie Walter selected 52 biases

    out of the list and organized them into 5 categories caaaards!
  3. • Form 3 groups (3 people in each group) •

    Every group chooses 9 cards from deck and generate real examples (what happened to you, what you heard somewhere, etc.) • Remember your examples and biases – you’ll be sharing it with others Explore biases 15-20 min
  4. • Everyone shares examples with the other group 1) explain

    Decision making & Behavior • Goal: Try to sell something (your choice) to Verča by using as many BIASES you got in the cards as you can • 2nd group gets cards from Interview & User testing • Goal: Lead an interview with Adéla by using as many BIASES you got in the cards as you —> prepare —> present —> guess what biases were used —> win let’s play a game! 45 min
