WTM19 - Embracing Feedback - How to be mindful in front of a critique by Alexandrine Allard

“Yeah, no. I see where you were going with this but what about …” How many times have your heard this? Does is crush your motivation or motivate you? Feedback is part of our everyday life and having a mindset focused on embracing feedback will enable you to challenge and build on ideas. As product designer, I create and explain how a design is functional, why it works and why it doesn’t. An important part of my job is understanding the feedback I receive and always keeping an open mind. This applies to all lines of work. With this talk, I’m excited to share how embracing feedback will inevitably help you grow and learn faster.
