WTM21 - How to Build Relationships at Work by J Turnbull

WTM21 - How to Build Relationships at Work by J Turnbull

People want to be around those who inspire, motivate them, and who are well liked/highly regarded at work (for their talents - not a popularity contest). In this presentation, I’ll address some of the ways to build confidence, how to listen to others and how to develop relationships with people at work who want you in their team and who you want in the team you are managing and leading.
