The camera pans left to right, showing the entrance of the theaters to the concession stand.

Alex looks down at the ticket

ALEX Oh good, we still have 10 minutes. Alex looks at the clock: 3:20

ALEX (CONT’D) I need a bucket of popcorn. Alex gestures to the concessions.

Taylor grabs Alex’s arm.

TAYLOR Wait.

Taylor puts their ticket into Alex's view.

TAYLOR (CONT’D) (OS) No reserved seats?!

TAYLOR (CONT’D) This is a nightmare!

ALEX Fine! Alex pulls back an arm.

ALEX (CONT'D) You and Jordan get seats.

ALEX (CONT'D) I’ll meet up with you in a minute.

ALEX (CONT'D) OK?

Jordan nods in solidarity.

JORDAN Bring me some chocolate.

Jordan pulls Taylor toward the theater.

Alex turns to the concessions line.

Alex leans to the left to see how far the line goes ahead.

Alex sees a CASHIER not more than three CUSTOMERS ahead.

Alex steps forward --

-- and into a rope.

A dramatic dolly zoom pushes into Alex's face as he looks on horror.

Alex looks at the clock.

The camera rack focuses from Alex to the clock.

3:22.

TAYLOR (screams) Taylor visibly panics before calming theirself down.

TAYLOR It’s fine.

TAYLOR (CONT'D) I see a few good spots still!

As Taylor points out each spot, MOVIEGOERS take the places.

Taylor turns to the left as the camera follows their point of view.

Likewise. Taylor looks in disappointment.

JORDAN Let’s split up!

Taylor nods.

Jordan runs up the stairs.

A trio of friends search for one of their missing eye contacts.

Jordan steps onto the scene.

Taylor makes their way onto the top of the theater.

Taylor pants and tries to catch their breath.

Taylor turns around to scan the theater for any available seating.

The camera slides from left to right as Taylor continues scanning.

Taylor grimaces.

The CASHIER taps his finger on the counter while waiting for the next customer.

The SOUND of the cahsier's tapping continues.

And continues.

Alex shakily empties his wallet onto the counter.

The cashier passes the popcorn onto the counter.

As well as the chocolate bar.

A theater ad plays as the countdown to the start of the movie begins.

The camera pulls back to reveal Taylor still looking for seats.

Taylor spots three empty seats, dramatic lighting highlighting them all.

Taylor spots Jordan joining in on helping the trio of stranger find their contact lens.

Taylor tries to get Jordan's attention in the background.

Jordan finds the lens.

Jordan revels in his victory while an exasperated Taylor runs to grab him.

Taylor runs downstairs, forcing a couple of theater goers out of the way.

ALEX (OS) (whistles) Taylor reaches a screeching halt as they hear a whistle downstairs.

The whistler is Alex, who is holding the popcorn.

Taylor points at the three seats, getting Alex on the same page.

Taylor nods.

Taylor and Alex run toward the three seats available.

Taylor rushes down the stairs.

Alex rushes up them.

Something grabs Alex's attention.

Alex suddenly grabs Jordan so they can all make it to the trio's rendezvous point.

Taylor makes it to the row right above the three available seats.

Theater goers, trying to find seating themselves, prevent Taylor from heading downward.

ALEX Jump!

Alex prepares to jump over the platform (and the theater goer right next to him).

Alex lands on the seat with the popcorn intact.

Followed by Jordan.

Taylor makes their jump in slow-motion.

Taylor notices how high they are in the sky.

Taylor panics.

They are sent hurling directly towards Alex.

Alex screams.

Popcorn flies into the air and everywhere.

Jordan finally has his chocolate bar.

He opens it with glee.

The ad finally closes, starting the movie.
