ALE - Why it's worth going?

ALE - Why it's worth going?

ALE Unconference, the annual event from Agile Lean Europe http://alenetwork.eu/ is the most remarcable agile event I've ever attended and one I will not miss if I can.

ALE14 was my second one and my first as speaker, and this time I came back home so full of energy that I want to share with others to join me next year.

This presentation try to explain what values are behind and what values I'm looking since then in other conferences.
