    リモートワークのお悩みポイント改善
    ・リモートワークになってメンバーとの距離を感じる
    　改善：ラップについて反応があり離れているメンバーとも距離が近づいた
    ・会議が始まるまでの間が嫌
    　改善：ボケを入れることで会議の雰囲気が良くなった
    ・リモート会議にうまく参加できない
    　改善：フリップを使う事で参加者との一体感が生まれた
