UXRTO - Conducting Generative and Evaluative Research for the Visually Impaired

I’d like to ask you a question- who are you not designing for? Take a moment, and make a mental list. Now, I’d like to introduce a challenge. How can we amplify the voices and experiences of these groups? How can we integrate the voices of people with accessibility needs into our research and product development processes? This talk covers tactical ways to weave accessibility testing into all phases of the product life cycle.
