Kicking and Screaming: Bringing Agile Practices to the Reluctant

Kicking and Screaming: Bringing Agile Practices to the Reluctant

Despite the amount of attention that has been given in recent years to Agile project management methodologies, many of the clients that Atomic Object (formerly SRT Solutions) have worked with have not yet adopted these practices and view them with skepticism. In this talk we will discuss some of the common reasons why clients are reluctant to adopt Agile and techniques that we have used to introduce them. We will describe many real-world situations and experiences and how we worked with our customers to successfully manage complex projects.
