JAWS-UGの特徴 アウトプットファーストの文化 ブログを書く・登壇する・SNSで発信することを積極的に推奨しています。学んだことを外に出すこ とで、自分の成長にもコミュニティの成長にもつながる、ネットワークが広がるという考え方が根付 いています。 自律分散型連邦制の組織運営 各支部に運営の自由度があり、一方で事務局は「最低限のルールだけ共有して、あとは各支部に任せ る」というスタイルです。これにより、地域の特色を活かしたイベントが生まれています。 圧倒的な規模と地域への広がり 日本全国に60以上の支部があり、北海道から沖縄まで、地方都市でも活発に活動しています。 東京中心のコミュニティではなく、「地元でAWSを学べる場所がある」という点が特徴的です。
