Why did you go there? Oyun takip ediyorum ve notification’larımı kontrol ediyorum. Çoğu notification’lar artık spam olmaya başladı. Eskiden daha yakın arkadaşlarımınki varken artık daha çok event, group invite, recomment gelmeye başladı. Do you use more often or less? (Compare past & present) Kesinlikle daha az kullanıyorum. Event takibini etkinlik ve mekan sitelerinden yapıyorum. LeCool, IKSV vb.. What do you like most on Facebook? Why? Oyunlar, markaların global kampanyaları ve uygulamarı seviyorum. What do you hate most on Facebook? Why? Gereksiz data akışını sevmiyorum. İlgi duymadığım şeyler devamlı wall’uma düşüyor. Bu alanın daha kategori Does Facebook meet your expectations? Why?
  12. NEGATIVES POSITIVES EXPECTATIONS FB: No filtering the feeds option. FB:Thinking

twice before sharing a content. (Privacy problem) FB: Complex and chaotic. PINTEREST: Boring, privacy problem, too much images. FB: Always the same people. (Offline & online friends are the same. Bored of that) FB: Shows only one character of me. I have several characters. I can not express myself. FB: Shares every “like” on my wall. Everyone sees it. LIKE: It should be more valuable when it is from unexpected people. LIKE: Feed should be seen from revelant people when I like a content. Not everyone. # SYSTEM: It should be selective based on my interest level and/or relation level and/or trust level. FB: Watching people I like. FB: Chat & messaging feature. FB: Cover photo. (Creative content) PINTEREST: Boring, privacy problem, too much images. FB: Like feature. (Especially from unexpected people) Twitter & Instagram: # system Gimme Bar: Organizes things while posting. Gimme Bar: Good for images & videos. Memonic: Good for texts. FB Mobile & Messenger Cowbird: Recommendation System
  13. Ask questions about the user scenario How the user likely

get to the site? Online searches, banner ads, wom, other.. Once on the site, what does the user see that will be relevant to their need? What path will the user take to complete the task? Sketch it. Where is a user likely to need help along the way? And how will he get it? What happens when the user finishes his task? That is a great time to encourage the user to explore other areas. What path will the user take to complete the task? Sketch it. Now you can start to storyboard users’ scenarios now.
