     file stores  your  profile,  an  “online  resume”  used  to  capture  and  present   information  about  your  business  experience,  education,  performance  information,  and  career  goals.   It  is  important  to  keep    this  information  up-­‐to-­‐date  as  it  is  reviewed  by  your  manager,  2nd level   manager,  and  HR  for  talent  planning  purposes.      be  accessed  using  the  following  options: 1 Home  – “Employee  Files”  (for  managers); Home  – “My  Employee  File”  (for  employees). My  Info  Links  – Click  on  the  gear  icon  and  then  on           “Public  Profile”. 2 1 2 Employee  Profile

     an  attractive,  usable  view  for  employees  to  access  data  on  colleagues.  It   provides  all  employees  with  a  snapshot  of  anyone  in  the  organization,  along  with  that  person’s   contact  information. Note – Profile  Photo    (210  x  60px)  &  Background  Photo   (980x582;  file  size  2mb). Finish  Now  – In  the  event  of  any  outstanding  items  on   your  profile,  this  note  will  be  displayed.  This  will  guide   you  through  a  step-­‐by-­‐step  process  to  update  your   profile. Edit  Profile  – Allow  you  to  add  profile  and  background   photo.  Add  your  own  background  photo  or  select  from  a   photo  library. 1 3 1 3 2 2 Employee  Profile

     way  to  self-­‐identify  group  affiliation  both  internally   and  externally.  You  are  able  to  see  all  employees  who  have   selected  certain  tags  and  leverage  the  system  to  stay  connected  to   those  in  the  tag  group.   Employee  Profile 1 1 Org  Chart  – Allows  managers  access  to  their  team  members  and   provide  quick  access  to  the  employees  profile 2 2

     serves  as  an   employee’s  online  résumé  by  providing  an  area   to  add    details  about  your  background,  work   history,  job  experience,  and  skills.   Click  “Public  Profile”  and  select  “Profile”.
