3. © 2015 3 Overview The  need  for  unified  HR  processes  across  the  group  has  been  raised  by   management  and  staff  alike  as  a  key  HR  focus  area.  We  are  driving  towards   developing  a  single  view  of  all  Britehouse  employees,  a  Britehouse  first.   With  this  will  come  a  standardised  approach  to  how  personal  data  is   managed  and  maintained.   This  will  feed  directly  into  how  we  manage  careers,  performance  and  talent  in   our  organisation  effectively.
4. © 2015 4 Logging  In  and  Logout You  will  receive  a  welcome  mail  with  a  link  to   reset  your  password. Follow  the  online  instructions  to  reset  your   Password. 1 1
5. © 2015 5 Logging  In  and  Logout Enter  Username,  Password  and  click   on  Log  In   To  Logout  select  the  triangle  next  to  your  name   and  select  Logout Note  -­‐Bookmark  the  logon  page 1 1 2 2
6. © 2015 6 Home  Page Home -­‐ Gives  instant  one-­‐click  access  to  all   of  your  activities  on  a  single  page  and  displays   messages  posted. My  Info  – Access  point  to  everything  pertaining   to  you.  My  Info  links  can  be  accessed  by  clicking  on the  gear  icon  to  get  further  information. My  Team– Only  visible  to  managers  and  give  you instantly  access  to  your  direct  reports  to  see  the status  of  their  tasks. To  Do – List  of  all  actions  items,  upcoming  activities and  completed  items  across  the  entire  suit,  in  one place.   My  Goals – Display  your  Goals  and  give  you  direct access  to  your  Goals.
