    Employee  selects   Raters  on  the   system Manager   approves   selected  Raters   on  the  system System   generated  Email   sent  to   approved  Raters   with   instructions Raters  Complete   ratings.  Ratings   can  be  viewed  on   the  system  * HR  and  Finance   process  kicks  off 360⁰   Complete *  includes   employee   self  rating 1 2 3 4 A  360⁰  performance  rating  provides  an  employee  with  the  opportunity  to  obtain  valuable   performance  feedback  on  their  from  multiplesources.  As  an  employee  you  will  rate  yourself  as  well   as  ask  your  managers,  clients  and  colleagues  to  provide  you  with  feedback.This  feedback  is  used  to   gain  a  better  understanding  of  your  strengths  and  development  areas  and  should  give  you  a   holistic  view  of  how  you  are  viewed  by  your  raters.
  4. © 2015 6 As  an  employee,  you  will  receive  an

     email  to  advise  you  that  you  can  begin  the  360⁰  evaluation  process.   Follow  the  link  in  this  email  which  will  guide  you  to  the  Log  In  page. 2.  Selecting  your  raters   360⁰  Evaluations Enter  your  Username,  Password  and  click  on   the  “Log  In”  button. Click  on  “Home”  at  the  top  left  of  your   landing  page  and  then  click  on   “Performance”. 1 1 2 2

    On  the  new  screen  that  will  open,  you  will  see  that  a  form  has  been  loaded  under  the  “Form  Title”   field. Click  on  “My  360  Review  for  <your  name>”. 3 3

    On  the  next  screen,  you  will  see  a  summary  of  your  360⁰  Review.  Under  the  “Rater List”  field,  some   individuals  will  already  be  loaded  based  on  your  team  structure.  Click  on  the  “Modify  Participants”   button  to  edit  these  raters. 4 4

    Add  an  Internal  Participant  (a  Britehouse  employee):  by  typing  the  start  of  their  name  and  selecting  the   correct    person. Add  an  External  Participant  (a  non-­‐Britehouse  employee):  by  adding  their  name,  surname  and  email address  and  clicking  on  the  “Add  to  list”  button. Delete  a  pre-­‐populated  participant:  by  clicking  on  the  “x” next  to  the  participant. Once  you  are  satisfied  with  your  selected  raters,  click  on  the  “Save”  button. PLEASE  NOTE:     • Your  manager  and    direct   reports   will  be   preselected. • You  will  have  to  select   client  and  peer  raters • you  will  not  be  able  to   remove  yourself  or  your   Direct  Manager   as  these   raters are  mandatory. 5 6 7 5 6 7 8 8

    You  will  now  be  returned  to  the  summary   screen.  Scroll  to  the  bottom  and  click  on  the   “Send  for  Manager  Approval”  button. You  will  have  the  opportunity  to  add  a   message  to  be  included  in  the  email  to  your   manager,  asking  them  to  approve  your   selected  raters. Add  the  comment  and  click  on  the  “Send  for   Manager  Approval” button. 9 9 10 10 10 PLEASE  NOTE:    Final  selection  and  approval   of  raters  lie  with   your  manager!

     email  to  advise  you  that  your  direct  report  has  selected  and/or  modified   their  raters.  Follow  the  link  in  this  email  which  will  guide  you  to  the  Log  In  page. 3.  Manager  approval  of  raters 360⁰  Evaluations Enter  your  Username,  Password  and  click  on   the  “Log  In”  button. 1 1

     Evaluations 2 2 On  the  next  screen,  you  will  see  a  summary  of  your  direct  report’s  360⁰  Review.  Under  the  “Rater List”  field,  the  employees  selected  raterswill  be  displayed.  Click  on  the  “Modify  Participants”  button   to  edit  these  raters.

You  have  the  opportunity  to  add  a  message   to  be  included  in  the  email  to  all  the   employee’s  raters,  asking  them  to  rate  your   direct  report.      you  that  you  need  to  complete  a  rating.  Follow  the  link  in  this  email   which  will  guide  you  to  the  Log  In  page. 4.  Completing  a  rating 360⁰  Evaluations Enter  your  Username,  Password  and  click  on   the  “Log  In”  button. 1 1 REMEMBER:  It  is  mandatory  to  complete  a  self-­‐evaluation  but  you  may  also  be  requested  to  complete  a   rating  for  someone  else.

     the  next  screen,  you  will  see  the  360⁰  survey.  This  contains  details  about  the  employee  being   rated  as  well  as  introduction  about  the  survey  to  be  taken.  Scroll  down  to  see  the  actual  survey   questions. 2 2

     will  now  have  to  respond  to  a  series  of  statements  about  the  person  you  are  rating.  First  read  the   statements  under  each  heading  and  then  select  a  numerical  rating  from  the  drop-­‐down  list.  You  must   also  include  a  comment  on  the  specific  rating  in  the  comments  box.

     reading  all  the  statements,  you  are  required  to  select  a  rating  from  the  drop-­‐down  list.  There  are   11  options  ranging  from  “Not  in  a  position  to  comment”,  “1.0  –Poor”  to  “10.0  – Outstanding”.   Consider  each  rating  carefully  before  making  your  selection. After  selecting  the  rating,  add  a  comment  on  the  specific  rating  in  the  comment  box. 3 3 4 4

     reading  the  statements,  then  selecting  the  appropriate   rating  and  adding  a  comment. 4.  Completing  a  rating 360⁰  Evaluations At  the  bottom  of  the  page,  you  can  either  return  to  a  previous  category  or  add  in  a  final  comment. 5 5 5

     can  now  click  on  the  “Submit  Finished   Form”  button.  Alternatively,  you  may  want  to   “Save  and  Close”  to  return  to  the  survey  later   or  “Close  without  Saving”. 6 6 PLEASE  NOTE:    you  will  not  be  able  to  proceed   unless  you  have  selected  a  rating  AND  included   a  comment  for  each  category.

     before  submitting  the  completed  form,  you  can  add  a  final  comment.  This  comment  will  be   included  in  an  email  to  the  rater  to  confirm  that  you  have  completed  their  rating.  Click  on  “Submit   Finished  Form”. 7 7 7
