As an employee you will rate yourself as well as ask your managers, clients and colleagues to provide you with feedback.This feedback is used to gain a better understanding of your strengths and development areas and should give you a holistic view of how you are viewed by your raters.

Selecting your raters 360⁰ Evaluations Enter your Username, Password and click on the “Log In” button. Click on “Home” at the top left of your landing page and then click on “Performance”. 1 1 2 2
On the next screen, you will see a summary of your 360⁰ Review. Under the “Rater List” field, some individuals will already be loaded based on your team structure. Click on the “Modify Participants” button to edit these raters. 4 4
Add an Internal Participant (a Britehouse employee): by typing the start of their name and selecting the correct person. Add an External Participant (a non-‐Britehouse employee): by adding their name, surname and email address and clicking on the “Add to list” button. Delete a pre-‐populated participant: by clicking on the “x” next to the participant. Once you are satisfied with your selected raters, click on the “Save” button. PLEASE NOTE: • Your manager and direct reports will be preselected. • You will have to select client and peer raters • you will not be able to remove yourself or your Direct Manager as these raters are mandatory. 5 6 7 5 6 7 8 8
You will now be returned to the summary screen. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Send for Manager Approval” button. You will have the opportunity to add a message to be included in the email to your manager, asking them to approve your selected raters.
