     and  Claimsallow  you  to  attach   supporting  documentation  using  the  “attachments  tab”  in  each   module. • Claims  are  governed  by  the  related  policiesand  refer  to  non-­‐ billable/non-­‐project  related  claims.

  4. © 2015 4 Personal  Details You  can  view  your  personal

     details  as  they  are  recorded  in  the  payroll,  by   selecting  the  Personal  Detail  option  under  the  Employee  section  of  the   menu  or  navigation  bar This  will  display  the  Personal  Details  screen  as  shown  on  the  next  page.   Britehouse   Note:  These   types  of  requests  are   directed   to  your  Payroll  department   via   workflow   for  verification   and  subsequent   updating  of  your  details  to  your  payroll  record. Britehouse  Note:  “Family  Detail”  functionality  is  not  activated  on  the   Britehouse  ESS

     into  the  following   sections: • Personal  Details • Emergency  Contact  Details • Banking  Details • Reporting  Address • Residential  Address   (required  by  the  Receiver  of   Revenue  in  RSA) • Postal  Address  (required                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           by  the  Receiver  of  Revenue  in  RSA) • Other  details “Greyed  out”  fields  cannot  be   updated  by  employees  and   would  be  pre-­‐populated  with   existing  information This  information  can  be  updated

     your  information  is  complete  and  correct   • Fields  that  have  not  been  completed  or  require  updating  (fields   that  are  NOT greyed  out)  can  be  updated  and  then  submitted  to   updating  of  the  payroll. • Once  you  have  completed  the  necessary  fields  that  need   updating,  click  on  Submit  Requestbutton  to  submit  the  changes. • Your  request  now  goes  into  workflow  to  be  actioned. Britehouse  Note:  These  types  of  requests  are  directed  to  your  Payroll   department  via  workflow  for  verification  and  subsequent  updating  of  your   details  to  your  payroll  record.

     current  and   history  pay  slips.   A  list  of  available  pay  slips  will  be  displayed. Click  on  the  Payslips  link To  view  an  individual  payslip,  click  on  the   relevant  Payslip  Date  link.

     just  above  the  payslip  that  allows  for  the   following  actions: • Print  current  page • Print  all  pages • Export  to  PDF • Export  to  PDF  and  open  in  a  new  window

     is  used  to  submit 1. a  new  Claims  Request   or   2. edit  an  existing  Claims  Request   that  has  been  submitted  but  not  yet  approved. • There  are  two  key  tabs  on  this  screen  “Claims  request”  and   “Request  status  info”

     add  an  item  to  the  Claims  Request,  click  on  the  "Add"  button,     which  will  open  the  “Add  Claims  Item”  pop-­‐up,  where                                                                                                                 the  relevant  claim  detail  can  be  captured. Select  the  claim  type Complete  the  claim  details
