     implemen,ng  funded  aid  ac,vi,es,  all   staff  members  will:   •  Treat   children   with   respect   regardless   of   race,   colour,   sex,   language,  religion,  poli,cal  or  other  opinion,  na,onal,  ethnic  or   social  origin,  property,  disability,  birth  or  other  status   •  Not   use   language   or   behavior   towards   children   that   is   inappropriate,   harassing,   abusive,   sexually   provoca,ve,   demeaning  or  culturally  inappropriate   •  Not   engage   children   in   any   form   of   sexual   ac,vity   or   acts,   including   paying   for   sexual   services   or   acts,   where   under   the   law(s)   applicable   to   the   child   the   child   is   below   the   age   of   consent  or  the  act(s)  are  an  offence  under  relevant  laws   •  Wherever  possible,  ensure  that  another  adult  is  present  when   working  in  the  proximity  of  children

     children  into  my  home,  unless  they   are  at  immediate  risk  of  injury  or  in  physical  danger   •  Use   any   computers,   mobile   phones,   or   video   and   digital   cameras  appropriately,  and  never  to  exploit  or  harass  children   or  to  access  child  pornography  through  any  medium  (see  also   ‘Use  of  children’s  images  for  work  related  purposes’)   •  Comply  with  all  relevant  local  legisla,on,  including  labor  laws  in   rela,on  to  child  labor.   •  Immediately   report   concerns   or   allega,ons   of   child   abuse   in   accordance  with  appropriate  procedures.

     read  through  the  Child  Protec,on  Policy  and  agreed   with  all  condi,on  before  star,ng  the  posi,on  with  Srer  Khmer.   •  Before  star,ng  the  project,  the  Child  Protec,on  Risk  Assessment  need  to   do.   Ø  What  is  the  event  stage  or  ac,vity  with  children  in  project  which  could   happen  risk?       Ø  Who  is  at  risk?  Why?  (Think  about  the  factors  which  put  them  at  risk)     Ø  What  are  the  risks  affec,ng  to  children?     Ø  What  are  the  control  measures  currently  in  place?     Ø  Risk  Calcula,on  (Likelihood,  Impact  and  Risk  level)     Ø  What  are  the  agreed  addi,onal  controls/ac,ons  to  be  put  in  place  to   mi,gate  the  risk?  by  whom?  be  when?   •  Hand  Washing  Campaign  to  promote  the  hygiene  and  hand  washing   prac,ce  to  the  women  and  children.   •  Training  on  Community  Led  Total  Sanita,on  (washing  hand,  drinking   boiled  water,  using  water  filter  and  latrine  use.     7
