Quickly Verifying Product Value to Avoid Unnecessary Features in Product Design

MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
Everyone involved in product design is familiar with this term.

An MVP goes beyond just creating a mockup or implementing minimal functionality for release. More efficient methods exist to test whether customers desire the value you're offering.

Today, I'd like to share the MVP methodology and an example of what my team is doing.

Iʼd like to create videos of my manga to share on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. However, Iʼve found this process to be boring and difficult.
