  1. It takes Ten • Seven highly successful female entrepreneurs •

10 habits of highly successful female entrepreneurs worldwide
  2. Self-Belief Be a problem solver and believe in yourself -

what others say about you doesnt matter as long as it wont help you be better. "If you think you're too small to have an impact, try going to bed with a mosquito" - Anita Roddick "If you think you can, you can. And if you think you can't, you're right" - Mary Kay
  3. Faith & Passion Be Passionate about your idea/business, and you

will see that people will follow. Have faith especially during the 'valley' times. "A mediocre [poor] idea that generates enthusiasm [and passion] will go further in success than a great idea that inspires no one" - Mary Kay "For every failure, there's an alternative course of action[, a lesson to learn from the experience]. You just have to find it. When you come to a roadblock, take a detour." - Mary Kay
  4. Management Diligently manage your workers, and finance. Learn the language

of money. ALWAYS value your creation time and add to your product cost. Appreciate your workers [and even your clients]. [Prov. 27:23] "Everyone wants to be appreciated, so if you appreciate someone, don't keep it a secret" - Mary Kay "People are definitely a company's greatest asset. It doesn't make any difference whether the product is cars or cosmetics - A company is only as good as the people it keeps." - Mary Kay
  5. Be a Dynamite, not a Dinosaur There is always a

better way of doing everything. Always be willing to learn. Pursue exposure worldwide, in your field to stay ahead of your competition. Never stop learning! Network with others - Prov. 27:17
  6. Humility & Criticism Management Pride is expected from [successful] women

entrepreneurs - surprise the world. Criticism is good for you - like bitter leaf, it will make your life and business better.
  7. Persistence Persistence pays. Go the extra mile. [Prov 10:4] "If

you do things well, do them better. Be daring, be first, be different, be just." - Anita Roddick
  8. Dream "Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what

they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember you can achieve." - Mary Kay "Do you know that within your power lies every step you ever dreamed of stepping and within your power lies every joy you ever dreamed of seeing? Within yourself lies everything you ever dreamed of being. Become everything that God wants you to be. It is within your reach. Dare to grow into your dreams and claim this as your motto: Let it be me." - Mary Kay
  9. Packaging When you start with honesty, you become known for

it, and you attract what you represent. "Polish gets attention, Professionalism gets results and being Principled gets loyalty." - Adedayo Adeniyi [Prov 22:29; Prov 11:27a] "Honesty is the cornerstone of all success, without which confidence and ability to perform shall cease to exist" - Mary Kay
  10. Balance Balance work and life. Master the art of delegation

and time management. "Put God first, family second and work third." - Mary Kay
  11. Sense of Purpose Be a woman with a mission, that

will stand the test of time even after you are gone. Tie your business to a cause that betters your environment. Talk about it, ACT on it, STAND for it. "I want to work for a company that contributes to and is part of the community. I want something not just to invest in. I want something to believe in." – Anita Roddick
