2. - New features reported by ChangeLog file: 199 (including 22 for developers) Summary of v12.0

Several things were introduced in the Look And Feel v12 compared to v11 : ◦ Pagination use a free-text input for page number. ◦ Image for menu, top title and icon on links has been standardized to use same image, with same color for each type of object (based on font awesome images). ◦ Bookmarks are now in the top of menu bar. ◦ Application version is always visible on main page. ◦ A new javascript engine for graphics (“chartjs” replace “jflot”) => Dynamic animation, can disable a serie of data Look and feel v12
4. • TakePOS can use its own numbering module to generate its own references for invoices. • Add a button to apply a global discount. • Can set VAT rate when entering free-text product. • Cash fence feature of POS accept an opening and closing step instead of only a closing step. • Support parallel sales. • Can switch from 1 terminal to another one. • Better support for barcode reader. • Autoprint a ticket when is sale is complete. 5. • Easier way to setup the different types of tax (VAT, Tax2, Tax3) • 2 more options to generate invoice from time spent (By task) • Can create a deposit invoice from an order using a percentage of the quantity. • More export format and chart of accounts in accounting module. • Can select which element to include into the feature “Export accounting documents” • Can replace a string into another one in all pages of a website. • Provide a dynamic RSS feed for each website built with module website. • Introduce a way to generate PDF documents with 2 languages New features
6. • The multi-currencies columns should be visible in any lists of elements with multi-currency support (proposals, orders, invoices, ...). • A lot of other minor enhancements in all modules… (see ChangeLog.md) New features
7. • Removed a lot of deprecated code. • More REST APIs. • More hooks. • Experimental widget to be able to enter data in 2 languages. • Enhancement of modulebuilder : ◦ Only the minimum set of files are generated then completed when adding new need ◦ Can generate code for the automatic reference incrementation ◦ Can generate code for document generation New features for developers or integrators
8. Stable modules : • Module “MRP” => Management of Manufacturing Orders New modules
9. Still in development : • Module “Payment by SEPA Credit Transfer” => Generation of SEPA files to pay suppliers (will work like generation of SEPA file for direct debit orders) New modules
10. • As usual, automatic migration from any old version is supported. Except for the DoliWamp package (auto-installer for Windows) will ne be able to migrate an installation from an older DoliWamp package A solution is to make a backup, install the new package and restore data. Remind: DoliWamp package is still not recommended for production usage. • Still compatible with any PHP version >= 5.6 Compatibility
11. • Make and follow Manufacturing Orders (MO). • Can use a BOM or not to create a MO. • Allow manufacturing (consuming and producing) in 1 or several steps. • Compatible with Lot/Serial module. The new stable module “MRP”
