What can testers do to build their tester mindset and break silos at work?

In this talk at Test Leadership Congress 2020, Emna brings examples of testing community of practice. She shows you why communities of practice are an important part of your agile organization and what role they can play.
Also she refered to the importance of gamification in building those communities and other helpful strategies to connect people interested in testing using different methods.
