The benefits of great web content - for schools • Reduces failure demand with easy to access accurate information • Presents a professional image to staff and parents • Ofsted compliance maintains good inspection ratings • Helps promote commercial services within the school • Provides a platform to curate and maintain a positive school culture

Our research showed: • School websites are often the main source of information for parents. • Information is often overly wordy or hard to find. • Ofsted are critical of schools with missing statutory content. • Over 60% of school websites fail accessibility tests. • Content is often in PDF which is not best practice. • Many schools use language that is not accessible to all audiences. • School website can be hard to navigate. • Confidence of staff with responsibility for websites is generally low. • Website owners are often busy school leaders with other key responsibilities.

5. What can we do for you? Plan 1: Web Content Audit -£199 Provide a detailed audit of website accessibility and compliance with Ofsted standards for your web authors to take forward. Plan 2: Audit & Repair -£799 Detailed content audit plus we will correct and repair issues identified in your audit using our team of experienced Web Content Specialists. Plan 3: Fully Managed Service -£999 Detailed content audit and repair services plus ongoing helpdesk support, content creation, website management, reporting and liaison with third-party providers.
