HOW TO USE
In your browser type: http://justgetflux.com
Click Download f.lux
Click Save File
Click the downloaded file
Click Run
Click “I Agree”
Congratulations! f.lux has been successfully installed in your PC!
NOTE: f.lux does not appear in your dock, settings, or
your alt-tab menu. Currently settings are only accessible through the taskbar.
In Windows, it is at the bottom right corner of
your screen.
To access the settings, right click the f.lux icon on
the task bar
You can click change location and enter the zip code
or your latitude and longitude
Or you can click “Locate”
A window will open
Enter “location” then click Go!
Copy the given set of numbers
Paste to f.lux
Click OK
Click change lighting settings to change it
Move the dot icons according to preference
Click Done
Click the blue dot to preview your settings
When working with color sensitive work like Photoshop, click the
box below
Or click “Disable for an hour”
