Ink – Creative Mornings Cardiff

Here's my slides from my Creative Mornings talks at the Abacus, Cardiff.

I discuss my journey from a child who craved perfection, to a professional designer/illustrator who embraces the imperfections. I talk about how I see myself as a designer first, and illustrator second. My designs often take an illustrative route and finding the right style for a client can be a challenging, frustrating and fun process.

I take a look at some recent inky projects and how I think people should stop saying "I can't draw" or "I wish I could draw". Just pick up a pen and let the ink do the talking. Embrace the imperfections and develop a unique style.
