Digital transformation helps enterprises take advantage of new technologies and management practices to become more agile and to deepen the relationships with customers. There is a risk that many enterprises think of digital transformation as something they do once to bring them up to date when it instead should be seen as a continuous transformation. The digital world changes fast and we need to keep adapting to it. It’s not transformation to a final outcome, it’s transformation to a more agile way of working that will support continuous and unforeseen changes.
