2. How do we work? • Small scale: Projects which are of small work wireframe, are in our common portfolio pattern. We deliver high-quality output, quickly. #Fixed price, #Should have clear requirements, #30-60% upfront payment required. • Large scale: Projects which are of large work wireframe, challenging tasks involved and team work required. These may involve step by step delivery of product. #No upfront payment at all, #Long term, #Various technologies integrated, #Industry level standards. 3. How will you build my project? • Terms of reference - We discuss with you about project details, your requirements to collect information and we give our suggestions and feedback to develop TOR. • Prototype Stage - We will design prototypes based on your ideas and requirements, then submit it to you for your feedback and approval. • Technology and Time Stage - We would select best stack of technology to be used and would design a markup blueprint of your project along with a estimated work plan which would show when your project would be delivered along with milestones. Now at this point you will make a payment!!! • Development Stage I: Develop designs, user interface for your project, based on prototype. • Development Stage II: Develop project along with weekly reports to you and let you know where we are. Access to ongoing work, well-documented code and take your suggestions if required. • Launch & Support: Project delivery, launching and support as per requirements.
