  5. How to build trust within your team? Be transparent about

    your feelings, plans and ideas Give constructive feedbacks rather than attacking personally Motivation - what's in it for each of you? Healthy skepticism - question everyone's ideas, poke holes in goodwill "Hey I notice [give exact incident]. It makes [give exact consequence]. I think we can [how you suggest to improve the situation]. What do you think?"
