What technical educators can learn from the world-famous Montessori method?

The Montessori method has been evolving over 100 years helping people to improve their lives and society. In contrast, most technical education stimulates the awkward reality where people know many technical topics by heart, but simply can’t apply them. We can learn how to overcome this problem with Motessori's main goal: autonomy.
