Anal Retentive Photoshop Habits: Improve Your Flow Without Making A Mess

A quick 5 minute lightning talk at Style & Class #4 on March 11th, 2014.

As a designer at Mobify I spend a lot of time in Photoshop, but I also enjoy writing process and documentation. Funny, huh? In this talk I review a new piece of documentation we've created at Mobify, our Photoshop Handbook.

The new handbook has three benefits:
- improve onboarding efficiency for new designer hires
- smoothen the handoff between multiple designers working on the same project/files
- help our developers find the right things quicker when diving into PSD comps

I've included some screenshots of our own document, and will post the actual handbook to github at a later date.
