As he lines up, using his Google Glass, he sees the relative positions of the planets in the Electro Magnetic Sphere, which are clearly steady in his line of course. He can check the Three Alignments currently in Action and along with seeing where these planets are, related to his course, he can see which powers are his best for concentration. He rows the course mindful to his Body Rhythms and any indication in his performance that the Sun in the Sun and Saturn Sextile Aspect is the Dominant Power. He concentrates on the qualities and feelings he associates with the Sun, and considers the times he has performed best whilst the Sun was the dominating force, and mediates over the subtle change in his mind-body, relative to the Suns positions within his course. Concentration and meditation on the Mental Aspects changes into a truer Physical concentration when he considers his Bio-Rhythms. He see the Parameters of the Sun and Saturn Aspect and checks his schedule in his mind whilst he continues on with his routines. During a rest in the routine in between laps he makes a note about his performance.
