21. We will always work to understand the wider context and the clients specific background before anything else! Step One
22. We always undertake a rapid appreciation of any relevant materials. Then we will agree the ‘exam question’ so that we all know what is the real issue we really need to tackle. Step Two
23. We want to avoid being an unnecessary overhead on people’s time. We often work remotely to develop a valid hypotheses well in advance of any interventions Step Three
24. We will typically apply a ‘discovery’ intervention to understand what we ‘could do’ to resolve the ‘exam question’ Step Four D1 Discovery Framework
