Anti-Patterns in Agile Project Management

Anti-Patterns in Agile Project Management

It’s not surprising that the most ambiguous Agile team role is also the least understood. We can’t even agree on what to call it - Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach? What does it all mean?!

This talk will explore the behaviors and techniques that the most successful project managers utilize, through the lens of Anti-Patterns that can be detrimental to not only the success of Agile adoption, but also the productivity and happiness of the team.

This talk will be useful not only for those in the role of project manager, but for anyone working in a software development team, as we can all benefit from the skillset that usually falls under that of “project management”.
