Allows it to drop down to even 200kbps, 1Mhz channel, in very difficult conditions, and where all other RF equipment will not even work. ¾ 5/10/20/40Mhz modes of operation for both transmit and receive thus allowing it to work in most congested environments. This Pre-WIMAX mode allows it to work in full OFDM unlike the 802.11g mode which is DSSS-OFDM. ¾ Maksat’s error based rate algorithm with tuning for both NLOS and LOS. It is much better than the regular RSSI/Signal based rate algorithm used by other vendors. This allows the link to offer 3-4x better performance in difficult conditions like NLOS, Long Distance and Multi-path links.
