http:/nawo.to I've been Consulting, Coaching, Training of "Agile"(Scrum,XP,Lean,Kanban...) to 20+ companies in Japan. I am author and translator of books, community organaizer, public speaker, committee member of several events and more. I want to tell something good to people through these activities. I write essays about agile and diary( only japanese). 2005年よりアジャイル開発手法を実践してきたのち、現在はお客様の組織や現場をアジャイルにすることを生業としています。またアジャイルに関するコミュニティを主宰したり、イベントや執筆・講演活動なども行なっています。仕事やこうした活動を通じて、アジャイル開発で成果がでる現場を増やしたいというのが私の想いです。
