  2. ...but not perfect. Sometimes “smart citizens” have great ideas, but

getting those ideas to the right instances is difficult. ! (You might be responsible for one such instance?) 1
  3. Goals • New feedback platform for every city • It

should be easy (and fun) to use • Constructive feedback is better • Make interaction possible (like, comments) • Available as open data 1
  4. What it is • The collaborative platform we talked about

    • Improve communication between citizens and policy makers • Crowd-sourced, location-based feedback • (Take FixMyStreet to the next level) 1
  5. How it works • Works on all your devices •

Anonymous w/ optional accounts • Add a spotting (report a problem) • Suggest a solution to the problem • If popular, the correct (gov) instance gets alerted 2
  6. How it works • Works on your desktop or laptop*

    • Requires account • Linked to a spotting • Enables user to propagate his/her vision for this location/problem • Each “construction” can be saved 2
  7. How it works (2) • After saving said “construction”: •

People can vote & comment on your interpretation • When a certain construction reaches a certain popularity, the correct (gov) instances are contacted (again) 2
