    30 years of experience within the for-profit, higher education sector. Mr. Haga is CEO of the Hamilton White Group (Brookline College, Potomac College, University of Business and International Studies/Geneva and Education Service Partners) in 2012. He was previously CEO of an Arlington Capital portfolio investment (BrightStar Education) early in 2005. Since 1990, Mr. Haga has generated – on average – a 20% (mostly all organic) year over year growth in EBITDA for his partners. C. Cathleen Raffaeli Cathleen Raffaeli is a CEO with over 28 years of business management experience across multiple domains and sectors. During her private company tenure, Ms. Raffaeli helped raise over $400 MM of new capital and has bought and sold multiple companies. Ms. Raffaeli is the Managing Director of the Hamilton White Group a global, syndicated investment firm. The Hamilton White Group has developed a strong competency in the consumer services sector including Financial, Health Care, Marketing and Education. Oksana Malysheva Dr. Oksana Malysheva is a partner with Hamilton White Group, investing in educational and business services opportunities globally. Dr. Malysheva is a former head of Marketing Strategy and Operations for Motorola’s mobile device unit where she oversaw strategy and effectiveness of product roll-out (including iconic RAZR) as well as managed and directed their global marketing budget. Dr. Malysheva had also worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co, and Mitchell Madison Group where she had advised Fortune 50 companies on business growth, new business entry, turn around, and cost containment. Vinod Paniker Vinod Paniker has over 18 years of experience in engineering and technology management. At Pricelock he oversees all projects and programs by interfacing between the Product, Marketing, Engineering and Sales teams to ensure project deliverables are on track. Prior to joining Pricelock, he worked for ETRADE Financial for over 11 years. At ETRADE, he was Director of Software Engineering responsible for wealth management and retail portfolio technology and project management. Mr. Paniker is also actively involved with a various charities and non-profit organizations. Marland Buckner Marland Buckner has over 20 years of policy and political experience. Mr. Buckner currently serves as Founder and Principal of Global Strategic Partners. In this capacity Mr. Buckner has worked with clients across a range of sectors including technology, energy, education, and agriculture. Mr. Buckner previously served as Director of Federal Government Affairs for Microsoft Corporation in Washington D.C. He helped develop and lead policy advocacy for the company's Entertainment and Devices division as well as other efforts critical to the company, including high-skilled immigration, workforce development, and education policy.
  3. Our Process •  Finding employers that need trained individuals within

    a specific location. •  Working with One Stop Centers and Military Representatives to source eligible candidates and work towards the same goal, obtaining jobs for students. •  Quality control and continuous monitoring will improve the placement process. •  Providing continuous soft skills training for our students even after they are hired to strengthen employment retention.
  4. Defining Success Our leaders define success by sourcing jobs for

    students in need. In order for NITE to be successful, we have focused our efforts on creating relationships with employers to give our students an opportunity to prove themselves. Youth Employment and Training Prepare students for employment and post secondary education. Our internal Target Employment Rate is 75% and our Degree / Certificate Attainment Target Rate is 75%. Adult Employment and Training Prepare students for immediate employment and industry certification. Our internal Target Employment Rate is 75%, our Employment Retention Rate is 80%, and our annual salary goal for students is $28,000.
  5. Training Objectives The Company delivers training, as long as the

    training meets one of the following objectives: 6   Industry Certification •  Prepares the student to sit for an industry certification Continuing Education •  Provides the student with continuing education credits for a specific license or certification and career advancement Workforce Development •  Provides the student with the training needed for immediate placement Field Experience •  Provides the student with the field experience that satisfies a specific license or certification requirement College Credit •  Provides the student with college credits towards an advanced degree
  6. Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC), American National Standards Institute (ANSI)

    and registered with the North American Board of Certified Energy Professionals (NABCEP) as an Entry Level exam provider. The company is also a BPI Test Center. Through our sister companies, NITE’s programs will also be accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
