    and not follow a goal–driven process. ALWAYS set achievable goals

    worth you’ll be able to become more professional, price your time more accordingly – and produce more work

    distractions, learn to exercise focus, and measure its affect

    link between planning and execution – and by that become a better manager, of your own time, and later of others

    proof reading, selling a product, dealing with consignment, customer service
  11. Nitzan Hermon [email protected] 11/16/14 Ask questions – try to poke

    holes in your assumptions – be systematic and thorough, once you’re done, allocate the time and resources and see it through. Then measure and adjust your direction

    you making it? What do you need? What’s blocking you?
