Introduction $NOFUD (No FUD Token) is a community driven token that grants holders access to exclusive NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) while building a new experience for anyone to engage and interact with like minded individuals and to also Buy, Sell and Trade NFTs, Exchange Crypto all in a social platform. The team has built a project with a clear plan and real utility, with fully committed individuals motivated on delivering its ambitious targets. The platform also enables new and upcoming artists to develop their brand through our community and giveaways. $NOFUD will be the utility token that will be used on all the PORTAL platforms, you will not only receive the benefits from our Tokenomics but also receive benefits such as reduced listing fee’s of NFTs and Royalties of 50% from all fee’s on PORTALX. These will be proportionally distributed to all $NOFUD holders as $NOFUD. At No FUD Token we don’t just want to build another NFT marketplace, our ambition is to immerse the user in the amazing world of all things NFTs. A place where the user cannot only BUY and SELL NFTs but TRADE them too in a safe place. Where the user can also create their own marketplace to connect directly with their own audience, bring prospective buyers into their own personal world of NFTs. Ensuring the projects continued growth and bringing our exciting plans for PORTAL to life in the most effective and efficient way. We will be looking to onboard specialists from a range of backgrounds including; marketing, finance and blockchain development. Page 3 Tokenomics At No FUD Token we are proud of our industry leading Tokenomics designed to reward its holders in every way, from the Binance-pegged Ethereum rewards to the NFT giveaways that the tax allows us to buy and give to our holders. The liquidity/development tax helps to ensure the projects longevity is assured, along with the continued progression of the project. There is a total circulating Supply of 100,000,000 $NOFUD tokens and each transaction is taxed in the following way: s NFT Fund - 3% of each transaction is added to the NFT Wallet to fund NFT Giveaways to $NOFUD Holder s ETH Reflections - 3% of each transaction is taxed and split proportionately between $NOFUD holders in the form of Binance-Pegged Ethereum Token (ETH)¤ s Marketing and Development - 2% of each transaction is added to the Marketing and Dev wallet which will be used strategically to increase visibility & awareness as well as funding the progressive development of the marketplace and community engagement events.¤ s Liquidity - 2% of each transaction is added back to the Liquidity Pool to increase price stability.
6. Page 4 Tokenomics At No FUD Token our plans are to reduce the total tax from 10%, we will propose changes to the community who will then decide. This will be done once has been built and deployed. This will be due to most of the development and marketing being completed, as well as being fully operational and the royalties to $NOFUD holders implemented. We see this as a huge benefit to $NOFUD as a lower tax is more inviting to new investors. As the tokens safety and longevity is our main concern, we are planning to list with EverOwn whereby the contracts control will be managed by EverOwn’s governance protocols. This ensures the contract is locked and safe with a third party which keeps the community at ease. Due to the cost of implementing this, we will complete the EverOwn engagement once we hit $10m MC. 10. Page 8 Marketing We have thought long and hard about our marketing plan, observing many tokens and the successes/failures that each of them has gone through. Initially the main target is to get the name of and out there to as many people as possible, this will be done mainly through social media and promoting us through all the common avenues new crypto projects take: Twitter/Reddit/TG/Instagram/Tiktok/ YouTube influencers, Banner adverts on Poocoin/Bogged finance/coin voting sites, billboard advertising, partnering with NFT projects exclusively, exploring other markets around the world through these methods is also a priority. Merchandise plans for and is one we are excited about along with AMA’s will show the legitimacy of our plans and that we are certainly not a meme token. Following on from this and the progression of both our token and platform, we will aim to post articles and content on more prestigious platforms like Bloomberg, CoinDesk, Coin telegraph and Yahoo finance. 11. Page 9 Charity At No FUD Token, charity is of huge importance to us! We want to give back and show the world how amazing our community and crypto in general can be. To do this we have a few methods we plan to implement, some at certain milestones and some when the opportunity arises. U G No FUD Token will partner up with various charities and donate NFTs to be auctioned off and sold whereby all proceeds will go to said charity. This will be done periodically. U G No FUD Token pledges to donate $10,000 to a mental health charity of the community’s choice when we hit a $10 million market cap. U G No FUD Token plans to do a charity partnership NFT creation and auction them off on our marketplace with full proceeds going to the charity. All funded by No FUD Token & PORTAL. Page 10 Once PORTALX is deployed we will be releasing our own No FUD Token & PORTAL NFT collections, these will be on the Solana blockchain and all $NOFUD holders at the time of announcement will receive a discounted whitelist spot for the mints before they are available to the public. Page 11 At No FUD Token we understand that in the crypto world and more specifically the BSC space there are so many scams and bad characters around staining our beautiful crypto world, unfortunately there will always be people like this. As we believe we have a duty to do right by our community, we wanted to ensure our contract was safe, so to not only ease the minds of our holders, prospective investors and ourselves, we have had the No FUD Token smart contract fully audited by InterFi Audits. Please use the link on the website for the audit and have a read through. It is a high priority of the team to have additional audits completed. Therefore, as a matter of priority we will engage CertiK to perform a full audit. As a CertiK are the leaders in smart contract audit’s, this carries a significant price tag and as such this will be completed when reasonably acceptable. Audit
