  1. SIMULESAME Operatore della ristorazione e di servizi di sala e

    bar 2017-2018 El Saka Nora 3^B di servizi di sala e bar 2017-2018

  2. PREPARAZIONE • Abbiamo allestito la sala, tagliato la frutta per

    il centrifugato, provato a fare il cocktail, abbiamo ripassato e abbiamo fatto un briefing.

  3. ESECUZIONE • Abbiamo dato il benvenuto, offerto un piccolo buffet,

    antipasto e un cocktail. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo divisi i compiti. Abbiamo presentato il vino, il primo, secondo, dolce e infine caffè con dei biscottini.

  4. PRESENTAZIONE • Abbiamo presentato e servito i piatti, a me

    e al mio compagno principalmente ci hanno fatto un sacco di domande ma abbiamo saputo risponde. Il servizio è andato tutto bene nonostante l’ansia.
