Ryan is the CEO and Founder of Second Wave Dive. In this role, Ryan leads the development of online Business Thinking masterclasses for experienced design leaders.

Prior to Second Wave Dive, he has held leadership roles for Apple, Electronic Arts, USAA, the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences, and Comcast, with building Design, Product, Strategy, and Innovation organizations. He has over 20+ years of experience in delivering large-scale digital solutions across a wide variety of industries, including Consumer Electronics, Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Online Services. In addition to professional roles, Ryan has previously served on Forrester’s Customer Experience Leadership Council.

A father of three, a husband, and an avid fan of the Liverpool Football Club, Ryan is a frequent writer and speaker, sharing his experiences with audiences across the globe at events like Tedx, Creative Mornings, Break Conference, CanUX, UX Cambridge, UX Lausanne, and more.
